The room size is excellent. The pool area is large and offers a nice atmosphere for lounging, and the gardens are well-kept.
Unfortunately, the WiFi is almost non-existent in the rooms, frustrating if you need to stay connected. The furnishings in the rooms are quite outdated, with uncomfortable mattresses and chairs that feel cheap without cushions. Breakfast choices are limited and repetitive after a few days. On top of that, parking is a hassle with insufficient spaces available, often forcing guests to hunt for street parking. Lastly, the prices at the bar are steep, noticeably higher than what you'd find in local eateries.

Amazing chill time in Hanioti 🌊🌞
Location is spot on-beach and town just a quick stroll away. Brekkie was proper lekker, with loads of choices. The pool area is fantastic, perfect for a jol after a day out!
The only hiccup was the gym-super small and can't say I was impressed with the equipment.

Everything. Excellent staff (polite and willing), breakfast, swimming pool (clean and not too crowdy), room.
On the first day, although there was WiFi available, we could not browse. The rest of the days was Ok.

Had a boss time at the hotel! The staff were proper sound, always smiling and helpful. The pool area was lovely, perfect for chillin' out after a day on the beach. Only downside, internet in rooms was a bit dodgy, but we’ll definitely be back!

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
The environment was lovely with a wonderful pool atmosphere! The breakfasts were varied, offering something for everyone, and the staff's friendliness brightened our stay!
The bar prices felt rather steep compared to local spots.

Good value for money. Nice rooms and cleaness. Good hospitality.
Air condition not working properly. Many of the guest complained of this. Pillows to hard!

Good quality in all aspects
You need a 3-5 min walking to reach the beach. Families with babies might not appreciate that. You might need to go up a quite high staircase to reach some of the rooms. No elevator.

This hotel would have been amazing if only the pool was open before 10am. I mean, really? We had to wait! And with all the hair on the floor in my room, I almost thought I was in a pet salon instead of a luxury suite. Was hoping for a gracious upgrade, but apparently my expectations were too high.

Nice hotel swimming pool and garden and the relaxed feeling you get in the hotel!
Spa-centre was not really working! They missed staff! and the beach was ok, but not very nice! For much nicer beaches you have to drive!

Beautiful and peaceful resort. Nice pool.
Wi-fi didnt work at all, we stayed 5 nights, The receptionist lied about the reason, she didnt know and wasnt ready to do anything to make it work. Pool was closed so early as 7 P.M. Very expensive place compared to what you get. Rather unfriendly staff,

Had a blast vacationing with friends! The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The pool area was perfect for chilling. Don't miss the hiking trail of Bousoulas bird sanctuary, it's a must!
Unfortunately, the gym was quite small and didn't have much equipment. If you're looking to break a sweat, you might be disappointed.

Hote is nice and close to the beach as well as to Hanioti central zone.Rooms are big and comfortable.
Internet conection was desperate and this was really shame, was working partialy just sometimes during the day!!!! TV channels are limited to 10 Greek channels and few international and that's it. TV signal was also poor. Definatelly not worth 104 EUR per day what we payed!!!!
